Lori RN Case Manager– Lori is a RN at Santa Rita Home Health.  Lori is from South Carolina.  She has been married for 10 years, she is proud dog Mom to a 65 pound bully that is the sweetest.  Lori likes to work in Home Health as she gets to build great relationships with the families she works with.  She also loves meeting all the dogs that her patients have.  

Virginia RN Case Manager– Virginia is a RN with Santa Rita Home Health.  She is originally from San Diego.  Virginia has been married for over 30 years.  She has 2 beautiful daughters.  Virginia loves FIFA soccer, loves to listen to a wide variety of music.  She works in health care as she enjoys interacting with her people and helping through tough times, especially when people are ill.  Virginia has worked in hospital and schools, though prefers home health as she feels you can make a huge difference in so many small ways.  Virginia loves the beach, pizza and Boston Cream Pie donuts.  She also loves Flower Power! 

Mayra  Office Manager- Mayra Lopez is our Office Manager.  Mayra is from Phoenix.  She has a 10 year old son who plays baseball.  She is a proud Baseball Mom.  Mayra loves being with her son and loves Bad Bunny.  Mayra has chosen to work in health care as she loves patient care and learning everyday.  She loves to help those that need her.  She prefers to work in the home health setting as she has a chance to learn a new side of health care.  She loves working behind the scenes and also loves patient care.  Mayra also loves to travel, loves pickles and Hot Cheetos and sunflowers.  She tries her best to live her life to the fullest.  

 Gabi  RN Case Manager– Gabi is a RN with Santa Rita Home Health. Gabi is from the Tucson area. She has 3 kids and is engaged to be married. Her hobbies include motorcycles and cars. Gabi says she works in health care as she loves helping people, teaching and learning from others. She chooses to work in the home health setting as she loves the relationships she builds with her patients.

Amy Chief Operating Officer of Pioneer Health Group – Amy is the Chief Operating Officer for Pioneer Health Group.  She was born in Maryland, grew up in Glendale, AZ and now calls Sahuarita home.  Amy is married, has 3 children and 1 grandchild.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling and cooking for family and friends.  Amy choses to work in health care as she feels she can make a positive impact on the patients and support the employees that take care of them.  The home health arena allows for patients to be treated in the comfort of their own home.  Amy also enjoys helping with the Arizona Health Care Association, the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living, the Alzheimer’s Association and the Red Cross.  

Margaret – Accounts Receivable Director – Margaret is our Accounts Receivable Director.  Margaret is a Tucson native.  She is the proud Mother to 3 children, who have now blessed her with grandchildren.  She also is a caregiver for her Mother.  Margaret enjoys dancing, riding ATVs, camping and horseback riding.  She loves providing assistance to our residents and their families

Carl Zimmerman, Managing Partner Carl has been employed in nursing facilities continuously for nearly 40 years and proudly working for the same company his entire career. He is a Certified Nursing Facility Administrator as well as a Certified Assisted Living Center Administrator. He has degrees in Institutional Management, Health Care Administration as well as nutrition and is a licensed Insurance Producer. Much of his free time is devoted to the Green Valley Rotary Club. He enjoys contributing to the Rotarians causes. Carl is the Managing Partner.
